"Knightlife"

This 160 bpm dance genre is not my typical style, but I do like to explore and create new possibilities, thus the reference to the new genre I call "rockcore" or a blend of rock and hardcore dance music styles.

HERO-1 robot was a programmable mobile robot kit that I built in 1983. I wrote a custom machine language/robot programming language program that utilized its sonar ranging "eyes" to steer around obstacles in a room. I also had HERO-1 guard my home, answer my phone, send IR signals to my VCR while speaking the commands. Of course, he was also a great bartender at parties!

I learned to fly this Bell 407 helicopter in an X-plane flight simulator. My favorite place to fly begins at PHNL – Honolulu International Airport, Oahu, Hawaiian Islands. I made this soundtrack for my video flight.

The Ryugyong Hotel resides in N. Korea. Work began in 1987 and was abandoned in 1992. That was such a bizarre discovery for me – to suddenly learn of its existence and abandonment – that I felt compelled to make this compendium of available photos and create a custom music soundtrack. Although construction eventually resumed with a shiny facade, rumor has it that the hotel remains nonfunctional due to poor construction.
